I am a stage 4 lung cancer patient and my family wanted to take me on a cruise. The week prior my plans for my dog fell through so I called this AWFUL place to make arrangements. When I went to pick up her up after the cruise, all they said to me is “she gets cranky” which I had told them, she’s 16 and I adopted her 12 years ago. My dog was obviously in a fight with another dog and they didn’t even tell me. She’s got dried blood and lesions all over her face and I am livid. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR BELOVED PETS!!!!!

We took our princess to the Dawg House yesterday for her first visit. We walk her and play catch, but she really longs for activity with other dogs. When we picked her up, she was SO happy and alert… like a whole new dog. The staff were friendly and reassuring and the place was clean and smelled fresh (not like a kennel). We are so happy to have found The Dawg House and our baby can’t wait to go back.

Our dog loves to play with the other dogs. She is considered to be a party dog. She never stops having fun. The staff are super friendly and true dog lovers.

We were on vacation and wanted to do the Dolphin Excursion Cruise. They were AMAZING, very helpful, kept both our dogs for half day boarding on VERY SHORT NOTICE (a day or 2 in advance). We have 2 dogs with very different personalities. Spike is a 6 yr old Am Staff who is EXTREMELY loveable and pretty much unphased by anything. Spike LOVES little dogs, kids, and ANYONE he can get pets from. Then we have Loki who is 1.5 yr old Blue Heeler/Pit Mix that we rescued around Dec 2021. Loki LOVES fetching ball but can be unsure of people because he was abused. However, the staff was AMAZING & EXTREMELY CONSIDERATE about both dogs personalities. They allowed Loki to take his time and approach them on HIS TIME. They also allowed Loki and Spike to remain together so Loki wouldn't get stressed. LOKI f

Very attentive and wonderful staff, left our giant fur baby to be boarded for an extended weekend and she's extremely wary of new people but not when we walked in, she absolutely loves everyone there and they were gentle and extremely amazing. It was an awesome positive experience and I highly recommend this place, she even got a bath before we picked her up. 10/10!!!!!! This is definitely our only go to for doggy daycare, grooming, and boarding.
