This place of business is definitely top of the line, all of the staff is very professional and make your pet and yourself a priority from the time you enter the facility. I did not list individual names of the staff because I did not get everyone’s name but I have dealt with this place for 2 weeks and have had dealers with every employee at this facility. I brought my dog in very sick with no idea what was the cause, they quickly sprung into action and determined my dog had swallowed a foreign object and it was lodged in my pet’s intestines.They quickly came up with a plan and did emergency surgery on my dog to remove the foreign object. Compassion is non existent at this vet. I made an appointment with this vet after moving to the area to have my indoor cat acquainted to the new vet but mainly to discuss his very recent prognosis of severe arthritis from an emergency vet. After arriving, I was put into a room and the vet tech came in asking for his paperwork. I had a folder with all of his past visits but she said she only wanted his vaccine records. I informed her that he is not up to date on his vaccines and she told me that he’d need to get his rabies shot. I told her I didn’t want to give him the vaccine. She relayed the info to the vet, who “peeked” into the room to tell me I needed to leave and my cat will not be seen because I won’t give him the rabies vaccine and it is the law in MS. I have chosen not to vaccinate

I took my 14 year old dog, Bella in after she had a sudden unexpected turn for the worst. Knowing the outcome was not going to be a great one, I just wanted her comfortable and peaceful. Thank you for having such a caring and compassionate team.

Dr. Lynn, Kyle, and Linda were so kind. I didn’t see the rest of the staff, but that group made such a sweet impression. I brought my dog in for an acute visit as a new patient, and they took time to get him comfortable and worked hard to ensure he got well again, charging a reasonable rate and demonstrating knowledge and care.
