I’ve had a hard time finding a vet that I felt like actually cared about my dog and that wasn’t just pushing us out to get the next pet in. Here I really feel like they actually care about your animal and giving them the best care. They’re transparent and keep you informed every step of the way. They’re knowledgable and patient. I will be bringing any future pets I have here as well!

They are always friendly, welcoming and perform a fantastic job for your pets. I trust Dr. Parker and her entire staff. Stella gets great baths too! All comments still apply. Best vet I have ever had. Once upon a time had 3 cats, one Doberman and now my cattle dog. They have saved my cattle dog on at least 2 occasions and I am very grateful.

I waited to write this review because I didn't want to write out of anger. I recently lost my guinea pig, unnecessarily. My boy had teeth issues, his regular vet didn't have the equipment to shave down his teeth so I chose Dr. Thead. I saw a review that said she had guinea pigs herself. After his procedure I was told he would be sore and to give him syringe food she gave me. After 4 days he still wasn't eating. I called her to tell the issue, I was told to take him to another vet, they couldn't work him in that day(btw my boy was put under anesthesia and Dr. Thead's office never even called to check on him, in 4 days!). I took him to his regular vet and was informed his front teeth weren't able to touch, due to his back teeth not being shaved down enough. I made an appointment to have his

We had been using the Pet Clinic for the past 5 years for boarding our fur-babies. This time however, we were treated rudely by one of the front desk employees. We also had to pay for 3 extra days due to limited times to be able to pick them up over the weekend holiday. Lastly, we were charged a 4% fee just for paying with a debit card with was an additional $52.00 We will be taking our business elsewhere from now on.
