Caren is the ultimate dog walker and sitter. When we were on vacation not only did she care for our three dogs, she also bought them a toy and treats to celebrate one of their birthdays and sent me a video of her singing to them!! Caren also made a pick up of the dogs at the kennel as well as stopping by my vet to pick up medication.,Caren goes above and beyond and really cares for the dogs she watches. I highly recommend her!

Caren is the absolute best!! I hate leaving my dog with anyone because he’s been know to escape and I really can’t relax on vacation knowing this. Caren came over to do a walk through and introduction. She was so kind, professional and had everything you’d ever imagine needing from a dog walker/sitter. I was so at ease leaving our dog with Caren (she stayed at our house overnight and came do 3x visits throughout the day). Caren sends videos, photos and updates all day long and is very thorough if she has any questions about daily habits and routine. I didn’t worry once about our dog while he was being watched by Caren and that never happens! Don’t waste your time looking anywhere else. Collar Club of Virginia is A+++

GREAT experience! Caren walked our rambunctious puppy while we were out of town and he LOVED it!! I think he’s better behaved now than when we left:-)! Caren sent us updates twice a day with pictures and he was smiling in all of them;-)!! We will definitely use Caren again and I would highly recommend The Collar Club of Virginia. Caren is professional, kind, goes the extra mile for a wonderful experience for BOTH human and pet ! When we needed help transporting 2 kittens that we had adopted online to our home from the airport, Caren helped us out enormously! There were some issues with picking up the kittens, but Caren handled them very professionally and kindly. She was prompt, attentive, and very loving towards our kittens. Our family has a cat named George we love dearly. The children and I recently took a two week vacation and did not want to leave George in a boarding kennel or with friends or neighbors for that length of time. Having The Collar Club of Virginia come into our home was so much better and without a doubt I know that George was lovingly looked after.
