Fantastic experience at Kinship. The staff was eager to make our appointment smooth, and took great care of our pet. The Techs and Vet were extremely informative and gave multiple care options and were very aware of budget, checking in every step of the way. The vet then personally called a few days later to explain the results of labs that were taken and next steps. Highly recommend.

I found Kinship while looking for a vet that does Health Certificates to travel with my two dogs to Europe. I wish I would have found them years ago. The entire staff- front desk, techs, and doctors are truly fantastic. They are kind, transparent, and so very helpful. There prices are incredibly fair and reasonable. Thank you for making an incredibly stressful season of my life so much easier!

Everyone here is exceptionally kind and empathetic. They take such good care of my dog, who has severe anxiety with vets and groomers, and they’re just as supportive with me, since his anxiety makes me anxious too. Their prices are reasonable, and I really appreciate that they follow up with a text after each appointment. It’s also great that I can text them to follow up or share information after an appointment as well. I would absolutely recommend them.

I had a scheduled appointment and paid the required $95 upfront fee in advance. On the day of the appointment, I called to ask whether there was any flexibility due to an unexpected work obligation. I was told there was not. During that call, I stated that it “really sucks” there wasn’t flexibility and that it was inconvenient. That was the entirety of my comment. When I arrived for the appointment, an old woman with funny glasses at the front desk immediately confronted me in an aggressive tone, stating that I “shouldn’t be talking to her people that way.” She was not involved in the phone conversation and did not ask for clarification before reprimanding me. Dr. Saint-Julien is kind, empathetic, and professional. It's obvious he enjoys what he does! He took the time to comfort me with my sick baby and explained all necessary procedures to get my girl healthy again. Very grateful and pleased with my experience. Vet tech was also very compassionate and helpful! 10/10 recommend!
