The staff at bubble lounge went above and beyond to accommodate my hearing and visually impaired puppy for her first grooming experience! Taking care to make her feel comfortable, working with my busy schedule, and moving at a comfortable pace for Linda (puppy). you can feel they love they have for dogs, and the care in their work shows! Loving, professional and compassionate. A 10/10 experience. The gift bag, photo, certificate and toy were all a wonderful bonus as well!

Kate was able to make my six month old puppy feel at home. The salon was so clean. Kate is so welcoming and nurturing. Definitely made me so comfortable leaving my pup In the hands of someone else. I am already planning to go back!

I had a very unpleasant experience with this place because of extremely unprofessional phone service. I called today to make an appointment for my dog (bath and grooming). Because my English is not very good, I told the employee that I would call back later. I then asked my daughter, who speaks English very well, to call and answer all their questions and book the appointment. When my daughter called, the employee asked if my dog was vaccinated and if she had fleas. My daughter clearly answered that the dog is vaccinated and does not have fleas. After that, the employee simply said “Okay, thank you” and hung up the phone without making an appointment or explaining anything. This is very rude and unacceptable. Our first experience at The Bubble Lounge and they did not disappoint! We are a brand new customer and they fit us in very last minute. They did a perfect job grooming our 11 year old Havanese. He came out looking fresh and relaxed. Zero stress! We will be back.
