The worst place ever ever ever !!!! Never went to palce like this!!!! They ruined my dogs hair! I brought long hair Pomchi and they cut his hair with a machine ! Besides the fact that we specifically asked not to give him a haircut but just a shakeup he came back terrible ! Can’t even look at his back! When I called them they manager had many excuses!!! „Oh your dog was never here before” „of he told the person that brought him it’s not gonna be scissors cut” - that’s a lie. We would never let that happen. Oh and the other dog was there 2 times before ! So there is 0 explanations! My dogs hair is never gonna grow back !!!! We have struggled to find a good groomer for our Cavapoo dogs. We came back here after a couple of tries elsewhere and found Kim. She did an amazing job with our dogs who are the same breed but have different coat textures. She listened to my directions on specific areas of the face. This was only her first time grooming one of our boys and she nailed it. Richard is always helpful and professional on scheduling and found us a great fit with Kim. Both dogs were happy at pick up which says they feel comfortable. Thank you!

This place is phenomenal and outstanding they go above and beyond when grooming my dog Donut. I live in Pa and will personally drive 3 hours in a car to come to this groomer. Thank you so much for making our dog look great each and every time

Tried Pet a Groom for my Standard Poodles based on recommendations from a facebook group and I could not be happier! My 2 year old and 6 month old spoo’s received so much care and attention while with their groomer, Victoria, and looked absolutely amazing! The shop is buzzing with clippers and happy pups and everyone there was so nice! So glad we found Pet a Groom!

I still go to Per a Groom for my cat Milo. The staff is amazing and especially Sue to takes such good care of my pet and is always a pleasure. I would refer anyone and everyone to go to Pet a Groom all of your pets. You can feel comfortable they’re are being handled by an extremely kind and professional staff.
