The Big Dog House

Finding The Big Dog House was a pleasant accident! Last year, myself & Cooper's dad left our big little baby, Cooper at home with a dog sitter but unfortunately Cooper became territorial of our home & the sitter had to find a new place for Cooper to stay. Cooper did so well at TBDH & when we picked him up, he was doing great! I have since boarded Cooper several times with TBDH & they have taken great care of him. Cooper goes straight to Jeff to be loved on & that makes me happy seeing that Cooper trusts Jeff! At one time when I was picking Cooper up, he went right up to the lady (I apologize i forgot her name)that works their too & he rested his head on her! It was so sweet especially because Cooper is not comfortable with a lot of people & everyone & everything scares his 100 pound do

If it was possible to give The Big Dog House 10 stars, I absolutely would. It is very easy to tell when you have somebody that truly cares about dogs and cats. I cannot say enough positive things about the people who are there and how well they communicate. Lorrie is an absolute pleasure to work with and I’m so happy that we feel like we have a place that we can take our fur babies when we are out of town. Bravo, Big Dog House! We love you guys! 🐶🐱❤️

Lorrie and Jeff know they see us 2-3 times a year, and we book way in advance. They’re flexible when we get back early and miss our pups - even our crazy German loves them. We can’t imagine going anywhere else- dogs get playtime, they have AC and can go outside whenever they like- can’t beat it.

Oh how we are so happy to have found a boarding space that we trust! Our girls are young and hadn't ever officially been boarded and we were so nervous. Lorrie, Jen, and Lorrie's husband were so kind and welcoming. The girls were well taken care of. 💕

The Big Dog House has been like a second home for my two dachshunds. Initially, I was worried about boarding them at a facility because they are small dogs and had always stayed with family. However, I don’t worry anymore because I can tell how happy they are to stay here! Recently, one of them became suddenly ill when we were out of state and Lorrie and the team went above and beyond in keeping us updated, and even took him to the vet. I recommend The Big Dog House for anyone who wants total peace of mind when they are away from their dogs!
