Hooves and Paws Pet Hospital

The hardest part of owning an animal is having to play God and make the decision to give them a first class ticket to heaven. Yesterday, I had to do that for my 18 year old 12 pound Welch Corgi Toy Aussie mix, Milli. My experience at Hooves and Paws was absolutely incredible. Even though Milli’s primary vet, Dr. Lensey Watson, is out on maternity leave, she was there for my daughter and me via text from the time of Milli’s diagnosis at noon to them allowing me to take Milli to McDonalds for her favorite last meal which was a double cheeseburger, a McChicken sandwich, some french fries and a few bites of vanilla ice cream, and finally to me carrying her while my 9 year old daughter and I took all three of our dogs on their last walk together before driving back to the clinic. This clinic is amazing! All the ladies up front especially Alex are so sweet and always acknowledge your presence. I don’t pick a specific Doctor because they’re all great! They saved my puppies life and didn’t take me to the back to do so. Also, I love that they willingly provide advice via phone or text to assistance in situations where other clinics would tell you to just bring them in and charge you for it. Forever a Hovves and Paws customer! Ruth is the best groomer I’ve ever had! 5 star!

I found this clinic when my bully starting having mobility issues. I was looking for a less expensive alternative to my previous vet, who I adored but was outrageously priced! I loved the staff and the docs from the first visit. They get us in quickly when needed and actually treat our babies with care and compassion. Most recently one of our littles had to spend a week in the hospital there. They never got annoyed with our frequent calls or visits just before closing time. They treated us with gentle compassion. The cost for a week long hospitalization was less expensive than a previous 14 hour stay at the animal ER. Definitely love this team and would recommend to all!

Great staff. Made us feel welcomed. The medical staff took time to explain evening and addresses all our questions. The place was very clean and organized. They were very central with my puppy and made him feel comfortable throughout the appointment.

Everyone at Hooves and Paws is incredible — genuinely kind, caring, and accommodating. When my soul dog was diagnosed with a mast cell tumor earlier this year, their compassion and professionalism meant the world to me. They took such wonderful care of her before, during, and after surgery. I’m beyond grateful and so thankful to have found a team I trust completely.
