Exceptional. Losing our furry baby was rough. Pet Haven helped our hearts heal and have peace. I have lost many human loved ones, thus I have been through the burial process more times than I would like to count. The staff at Pet Haven was by far the most kind, caring and professional staff that I have met in the funeral industry. I am so grateful they made a sad day feel so special and important. I would like to give 5 stars. Colette has been so helpful and caring in a time where I was heartbroken to lose my cat Leo. She gave me all options and upfront pricing. I appreciate her car even coming out to my car to assist. I would highly recommend to all of my pet lovers as my family will only be continuing to use Pet Haven for our animals. Communication is INCREDIBLE, quick responses and care during a hard timer as a pet owner. Feels like family, establishment is clean and cozy.
