The Bark of the Town

I am so happy that I have found a salon that takes such good care of my pup! The Bark of the Town exceeded my expectations. My Australian Shepherd’s coat never looked so good. The owner and staff were wonderful! I have included pictures so you can see the amazing job that Jessica did and how happy my sweet boy is after being groomed. I highly recommend this salon!

I found Bark of the Town on the Nextdoor App after asking for pet groomer recommendations, and I’m so glad I did. They came highly recommended, so I checked out their Facebook page, where I found their contact number. Even though it was after business hours, I sent a text expecting a reply the next day. To my surprise, they responded almost immediately. Even better, they were able to fit my little buddy in for a grooming appointment the very next morning. The drop-off process was seamless. The person who greeted me was incredibly friendly and took the time to ensure she understood exactly what I wanted. A little while later, I received both a text and a phone call letting me know my pup was ready. When I picked him up, he looked absolutely amazing! I can’t recommend Bark of the Town high

Absolutely the worse groomers I’ve ever taken my dog to!!!! Cut my Labradoodle in 3 different spots. Never told me anything about it when I picked him up which I find extremely unprofessional!!! My dog was so irritated and had to go through it for weeks until his hair grew back. DO NOT take your dog here!!!

I'm always 100% honest on here. We've been there about 6 times, I guess. Every other time, I would have given a 5 star rating. The last time, I was disgusted with the customer service. After grooming my dog, they still had a few mats behind her ear, and she def was not bathed very well. I had to go to a drs appointment and left to go. Well, on my way to it, this is the text I got below. Mind you the apology was a very sarcastic apology when I picked her up. They do good work. Just disappointed with the customer service.
