The Ark Pet Spa & Hotel - Southside

I sent my pup there for daycare this past week. Already, his demeanor is calmer, he is worn out when he gets home, and he is excited to go back! That's exactly what I wanted. All of the staff I have encountered obviously love dogs! They are excited to see him, too. They even have live cams, so you can check on your buddy while he's there. I have a very physical job, so when I come home, I want to relax, and leaving him here during the day allows me to chill when I get home with him. I will definitely be using them for boarding when needed. Thank you!

Best daycare on the planet! My dog is always happy when he goes there. The staff is amazing, caring, and attentive. Holly is such an outstanding manager. She and her team take the best care of my big goofy guy when I travel for work or just leave him for daycare. It really is like leaving him with family, and I am so grateful for them.

DO NOT SEND YOUR DOG HERE. Our dog was attacked while boarding and absolutely no mention of it when we picked him up until we noticed the blood. The “pick-up” attendant said no one told her there was an “tiff”. This isn’t a tiff an ear with a missing chunk, three bite marks and blood all over our house. Not to mention we now know there isn’t a manager there at all times. This breaks my heart my dog was there for a week and no telling what has gone on.

We’ve been using The Ark for years, even before they opened Southside, and they are amazing! Everyone there knows our dog, Jaxon, and they absolutely adore him. He gets super spoiled and loved on while he’s there! I love getting to watch Jaxon on the cameras while we’re away, and I love the option for a free bath when he stays for a full week. Highly recommend trying out The Ark!!

The Ark is our go-to for grooming and boarding. We have never had a problem getting a boarding reservation, and our dogs seem to enjoy their time there. We like that we can check the pet cams! We unexpectedly lost our pug last week, and received a sympathy card from the Southside team. We really appreciated the kind words and that they made sure our other dog was happy and got extra attention for his first first solo stay with them. Thank you Holly and team!
