Called to make my pup an apt. Lady on phone asked if I’d been there before said she didn’t have any appointments until next week, cool…. But she then keep pushing me to go elsewhere. I finally said never mind I’ll take my business aomewhere.seems like she didn’t want to take the time to take my information and make the appointment. Disappointing. I was just looking for a basic checkup I would have understood if they weren’t able to provide the services I was looking for.

Rather than listening to my story I was sent straight to go to the shelter as if I was too much work for her.

When you arrive there with your pet, your pet is evaluated.Your situation is evaluated. The providers do their best to make sure they provide the care that your pet needs that fits within your budget. You are never rushed.You are never treated as if you are a number. The providers actively engage with you and listen to your concerns and spend as much time as they need to develop a care plan for your pet.

The best vets in Freeport. Their whole staff is warm, friendly, & knowledgeable. We take all of our pets here & they are decently priced as well!

We love tender loving care. We drive an hour one way to take our pets to them. Dr. Casey recently helped us through putting our sick dog who had cancer down. He was very compassionate and kind. Explained the whole process to us asked if we were ready each step of the way and let us have as much time as we needed to mourn our baby.
