i adopted a 3 year old american bully, Lightning, almost year ago from a coworkers family & she had horrible skin issues from the start. i was treating her with medicated shampoos & vitamins & nothing was working long term. i was avoiding the vet for so long because money is tight. i heard about the freeport vet from a friend who went after her dog was attacked & she told me the vet was nice, fast, & budget friendly. when i tell you my american bully is totally different after her vet visit. it’s like she got her life back! she runs everywhere instead of walking, she’s way more attentive, & you can tell she’s feeling much better. i never knew she had such an energetic side. thanks so much to this vet for caring more about healthy animals than the dollar signs! here she is before & one week

I can’t thank the team at the veterinary clinic in Freeport, IL enough! Buddy got his stitches out today after surgery just three days ago, and they went above and beyond. The vet actually came in on a Sunday, on short notice, free of charge. They even provided extra medication to make sure Buddy was comfortable. This kind of care and kindness is so rare—I’m truly grateful. Highly recommend them!

This vet clinic is absolutely amazing, definitely don’t judge a book by its cover. They’re the most caring and compassionate, honest and straightforward veterinary medicine clinic I’ve ever had the pleasure of going to.

From the moment we walked in, we were met with true compassion, professionalism, and genuine kindness. The staff is absolutely amazing, attentive, and supportive during one of the most stressful times for our family. Dr. Condie is not only incredibly knowledgeable, but also kind-hearted and patient. He took the time to explain everything, treated Jackson with such care, and made sure we felt heard and supported every step of the way. Even though we are not completely out of the woods yet, we are so grateful for everything they have done for Jackson.
