Very kind staff, from the front desk to the vet they were all beyond nice. I paid around $300 for his 2 year vaccines and some antibiotics. This was my dog’s first time at the vet with me. He was so good, the staff held our appointment, I was lost and the woman directed me there. I would definitely recommend

They are great i took my puppy 🐶 for papers to travel and they did a good job no problem in the airport, I recommend them

Due to my dog's quality of life and being very old. I called Tender Hearts to ask for the cost of euthanasian. The woman on the phone proceeded to tell me that a office visit for quality of life is required. I told her I understood, but what would be the total cost. She proceeded to tell me that they could not give a price and I would have to pay a $60 consultation fee for them to give me the cost of euthanation from the doctor technician. I asked is she could give me a ballpark because what is the point if after I paid a $60 I cannot afford the euthanation. She basically said she doesn't care and that's their procedure. I have four other dogs I will never ever go to that clinic because clearly they're all about the money. Should be know that I called 10 other veterinarian clinics around

We went to Tender Hearts for the first time.All the Girls treated me( Martina Angomas)and My Uncle (Francisco Sepulveda)like Family we have been to another place but We was referred by a friend of my uncle they too said that the place was Family and Pet Friendly BELIEVE ME THEY ARE!❤️The Office was very clean the rooms too.We felt like Family not clients.I APPRECIATE YOU ALL FOR ALL YOU DONE FOR MIA( My Uncles Dog)She is doing much Better.I never been to a place that they also call you the next day to see how Mia was we also appreciate that too.Thank you to all the Staff and Doctor too she was Great!!!God Bless you all.Thank you Again..I will refer My Family and Friends here..❤️🙏🏼❤️🙏🏼

The nurses and Dr. are all super nice. The Dr. is very thorough and informative. My almost 5 year old corgi suddenly lost control of his hind legs and the Dr. did a quick physical exam and then got him in to x-rays soon after. She saw the issue and made a plan for us to try and get him better. She was very upfront and honest with me on conversations we may have to have should the treatment not work. But we're hopeful. Any time there was an adjustment to the bill or if anything needed to be added, the nurse showed me the invoice and needed my verbal consent to proceed, which I thought was great. They took great care of him, and even though he was nervous, he was so happy to be surrounded by a great group of people. I look forward to bringing my pets to Tender Hearts from here on.
