She was very kind and patient when we had to let our dog go. She didn’t rush us and let family members come to her office to say goodbye. She’s also treated a couple cats of ours and her fees are very reasonable and she is so very kind. Have a new puppy and we’re definitely taking him to her

I recently visited Tanglewood Medical Facility for a routine check-up and was very impressed with the level of care I received. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, and the facility was clean and well-maintained. The doctor I saw was Melissa Paxton and she thorough in her examination and took the time to answer all of my questions. I felt like I was in good hands throughout my visit and would highly recommend Tanglewood Medical Facility to anyone in need of medical care.

When we moved to Derby I went to a "bigger" vet facility. It was very overwhelming because I felt like I was constantly being persuaded to buy product or services. For example, it was recommended I spend $1500-2000 to have my older dog's teeth completely removed. I transferred to Tanglewood Veterinary Clinic for a second opinion and never turned back! I never felt pressured to buy product or "up" a service. Bonnie was always so kind, patient, and I never felt rushed.
