I can’t recommend this place enough! I brought my cat Patrick in expecting the worst. He was throwing up all of his food and water within minutes. We had been battling it on and off for over a month with some good days and some bad days. The bad days were becoming more frequent and I was losing hope that Patrick would pull through. I left Patrick with Dr. O for a couple of days and he was a whole new cat when I picked him up. Dr. O even sent me a video of Patrick during his stay to show his improvement. All of the workers I spoke to and dealt with throughout this process were so kind and personable. You can really tell that these people care about your pets! Patrick is home for the weekend with some medicine and he is on the mend. If he starts to feel bad again, we have another plan movin

The very best experience i have ever had at a veterinary clinic! Dr. Ecklund was wonderful! She was very thorough, answered all my questions, extremely kind and personable. The entire staff was genuinely friendly and welcoming. I will say the same for all the clientele that I interacted with as well. I cant say enough good things about this clinic! I left with a smile on my face! My new puppy, Henri (Henrietta) had a great first experience....no stress at all! She was happy and excited through the entire thing. I will recommend this clinic to all my family!

I had a 9 week old puppy having seizures and being unresponsive and I called many vets with none being helping but El Paso said to bring her in right away! They did an amazing job saving her and educating me! I was able to bring her home that day and the price was very reasonable for the service! Highly recommend and is my new go to vet clinic!

I absolutely love the texting option!!! It was so easy to get my girls in for their 1st shots. they are all so helpful & friendly I had my hands full with a toddler & 2 puppies! I highly recommend this place it was amazing!

My dog and I had a very positive experience at El Paso Animal Hospital. I am not from the area, and they were able to fit my dog in as a last minute appointment. The waiting environment was clean, professional, and comfortable. The staff was very friendly, and it seemed like they truly cared. Dr. Herod was excellent - probably the most personable and thorough vet I've ever worked with. Clinically, he ordered the appropriate diagnostic tests and was able to identify the most likely problem. He made sure to follow up the next day to ensure my dog was doing ok. It was quite busy that day, and he seemed to take his time getting to know my dog and I, and I did not feel rushed. My dog is doing better now, and I am so grateful they were able to see him that day.
