Petco Grooming

An excellent job for our first grooming visit and will definitely visit again! Mercedes was our selected groomer and she was friendly, helpful, and precise through the entire process. The appointment took 1.5 hours which was the expected time our appointment would last. Our dog came home smelling actually clean, feeling silky soft, and her nails properly trimmed.

Stevie did a wonderful job, Roxy looked great and was so happy! Great service and all the staff was so nice.

They did great with our girl!! She looks fabulous!

My dog Yogi feels so much better with his mats gone. The groomers are always attentive to the needs of the dog and the owner.

My most recent visit was great. The tech that helped us out was super. Now on to the visit 2 weeks ago. I give a negative -2 review. I called from work to see availability for walk in nails. She said there's time to get my dog in they close at 5 or 530 whichever. I called at 330 pm. Clocked out at work, drove home got my dog and went to Petco. Total time 20 minutes. Not even 4 pm. The grooming salon was shut down like a ghost town. The cashier looked for someone. The shift lead was indifferent about it. I was not even slightly happy about what happened. If they were shutting down early than say so. I scrambled to get there before they closed. Not satisfied at all. I do spend a lot of money in there and tip pretty good so I don't see what the issue is.
