Tangled Tails

I have been coming to Tangled Tails for 8 1/2 years and my experience with Courtney doing Finn’s grooming has always been very positive. She does a fantastic job on grooming him. Will continue to come as long as I own a dog that has to have grooming needs.

The best! I use tangled tails for grooming and just boarded with them for the first time, and it was a great experience. They were super accommodating and helpful in answering all my questions.

We brought our pup in earlier today to get groomed. We chose the silver package. This was our first time going to the groomer. We got our pup a few weeks ago and this is our first time owning a dog so I’m not too familiar with all that “grooming” comes with. Per our dogs vet request, I had requested his ears be shaved around his ears and the hair removed from his ear lobes. The groomer said that wasn’t an issue but the charge would be extra. That was fine with me. After getting our pup in the car and playing with him I realized that nothing we discussed was done. His hair wasn’t shaved around the ears. He’s face wasn’t framed. & he still had so many eye boogies. Tangled tails came recommend from my aunt so I wanted to give this place a shot. I was/am extremely disappointed in this service

We took our 9 month old Pomeranian/Shih Tzu mix boy here for the first time. Overall the cut looks ok, but there are areas that weren’t blended very well and the sanitary cut of his stomach is very large and crooked. My husband did drop off and pick up and said the staff were rude and stuck up. They also asked him to check-out (and tip) prior to him seeing our puppy to be able to judge the quality of the groom.

We are new to tangled tails, our best friends told us about this place. If they trust their dogs to go here we knew we could as well. Skye our Pomeranian has never looked better both times we have been here. They do an amazing job and very timely as well. We would definitely recommend to others.
