Overall a pretty decent location for the smaller surrounding towns. Would be great if staff paid more attention to happenings in the store though.
The groomers always do such a great job with my floof. She comes home feeling peppy and looking so beautiful. She gets all the compliments. Their prices are reasonable too and we always grab a treat on the way out the door.
The girls that trimmed my grand dogs nails did such an awesome job. They were so patient with her.
Super friendly and helpful staff here. I don't do much shoping here. I only really come here to bathe my dogs in the self-service tubs which are really convenient. The only problem is the dryers are really, really, really HORRIBLE!!! These things have no pressure whatsoever. They used to be a lot better a long time ago. I'm not sure what happened to them. But if I try to rely solely on them to dry my German Shepherd, I would be there for an extra 2 hours. I mean, these don't even get loose hair flying at all. Please fix this issue or I will be going down the road after my punch cards run out.
