I had a great experience! From the moment we arrived, my dog was welcomed and treated with kindness. They were able to give her a bath and were very understanding about her needs. I let them know that she doesn’t like baths and isn’t good with other dogs, and they handled everything professionally and patiently. I also really appreciated that they didn’t judge her because of her breed. I felt completely comfortable leaving her there, which says a lot. I would definitely recommend them.

Recently took my dog to be groomed here. she received a sanitary cut and thought it was a little odd that they shaved her down completely bald in the area but didn't think much of it just figured that's standard and would ask them not to cut that hair again as it was her longer tail hairs that were more the problem. The following day she developed a rash and thought it was the short hairs rubbing in her skin folds causing irritation. By the second day the area was bright red and oozing. We had to visit an urgent care vet as it was the weekend at this point and learned that she had a serious bacterial infection that was secondary to a suspected clipper burn. Multiple pain relievers and antibiotics later she's thankfully on the mend but $75 grooming turned into an additional $325 vet bill an

We took our lab to flawless pause this morning for a bath and nail trimming. The first time he was reluctant to go inside, but this time he walked right in the door. They’ve earned his trust so they’ve earned mine! Great job and decent price. Thank you staff at flawless paws for making my dog comfortable with you!

We love Flawless paws and so does our dog! Our dog is very weary of new people, we discussed this with Flawless paws and they were more than happy to accommodate her and make her feel comfy. She is never scared or nervous going in because she loves them!

My dogs feel loved here. Great grooming services, boarding and day care. They make sure your pets are happy if playing for a few hours or a a week. My dogs look so happy after their salon sessions also.
