Talega Animal Hospital

Dr. Snyder and Talega animal are awesome! Dr. Snyder did a mass cell tumor removal for my sweet boston terrier Louie over a year ago and i thought i left a review at the time, but i forgot. I didn't want to not leave the review because when an office/vet does a good job, they deserve to be shouted out! thank you again to all involved, i truly appreciate it!

We came to TAH after seeing another vet in town. My German Shepard has been having allergies and skin issues. As a previous shelter dog, she is also reactive with other dogs and very anxious at the vet. The staff at TAH was AMAZING with her. Dr. Pezza and her vet tech took their time getting to know my dog, sat on the floor with her, and allowed her to get comfortable with them before doing anything invasive. They were not in a rush, and Dr. Pezza was incredibly thorough with her assessment and explained everything to me in detail. Going to the vet is tough for us; this has been the best experience. I am so grateful for them! We have found our new vet!

Extremely disappointing experience. We paid over $800 for an international health certificate, vaccines, office vista and overnight shipping, yet the paperwork was sent on Thanksgiving and arrived after our flight date. Because of this, we missed our flight, lost money, traveled without our dog, and had to pay for boarding. This situation caused emotional distress, financial loss, and could have been completely avoided with proper planning and communication. For a service of this cost and importance, the handling was unprofessional and unacceptable. They know what happened, and yet they didn’t offer any help or refund.

I highly, highly recommend this place , it is truly the best animal hospital! We were so hopeless when our cat, Diego, had a life threatening blockage issue.itwas around 7 PM and almost every other hospital was closed, but this team stayed after hours until 11pm just to help us. Dr. Snyder is the most compassionate and professional veterinarian (she is truly amazing!). She and her wonderful staff saved Diego’s life. If you are in the area, don’t think twice,this is the place to go.

Worst customer service asking for a payment that I thought I had paid completely and then asking for another $118 back in February and it’s now November I guess I have to pay because they are threatening to send to a creditor but don’t understand why they are asking for this 9 months? And they’re reason was they have had issues with there system and took them 9 months to figure it out $118 is not why I’m complaining about its that I thought I paid everything when it was close to $300 and left with my cat that day and then 9 months after asking for another $118 because there systems have been down. Don’t not recommend this vet lots of other vets in town that are so much better customer service and actually break down everything in front of you.
