We had a wonderful first visit to this clinic! Our cat Anton is very shy and we were quite nervous because it was his very first appointment - but Dr. Susan Steiner completely eased our worries. She was incredibly kind and gentle with Anton. A special thank-you to Julia at the front desk for helping us with translation into Russian and providing such important information - it was truly helpful! And also to Randy Harris, who greeted us and Anton so warmly. We highly recommend this clinic - they truly care about pets! 🐾 Большое Спасибо!

Recently myself and my 2 year old Frenchie dog just moved to SC from LA. This is the best vet office I’ve ever been to. The staff is amazing and beyond compassionate for both owners and animals. My poor boy got diagnosed with pancreatitis and needed inpatient care right away. As emotional as I was with the news Dr Ryan made me feel so much better while explaining everything and putting my mind at ease. My dog Is also not the easiest being hospitalized and can be very reactive due to stress. The vet tech Carly is beyond amazing as well, and helped me carry my boy out to the car after his stay, and that alone meant so much to me. Thank you so much SC vet for taking such good care of Chico. Means the world.

This was our very first visit to a veterinary clinic with our cat, and we were quite nervous at the beginning. Everything turned out wonderfully — Dr. Susan Steiner, Monica Bertoni, and Randy Harris all took such great care of Anton and made the visit feel calm and reassuring. My cat Hobbes is not a "regular" at SCVH. Over the weekend, he got really sick so I took him into SCVH because he has been boarded there previously and it was open early. I called when they opened and they got me a quick morning appointment. I really appreciated that. My experience at SCVH was excellent. I was given several very good recommendations for my cat. In the end we ended up putting Hobbes to sleep which was super hard but also a positive experience at SCVH. They are compassionate, kind, mindful of your loss and grieving, handles animals well, etc. I appreciate the service and care that Hobbes and my family received at SCVH. Thank you to Dr. Gold and Nevaeh for their attention, expertise and kindness.

The staff at SCVH is just great. From the front receptionist, techs and Dr. Buck they were so kind and caring. Dr. Buck was very knowledgeable and thorough in helping treat and refer my pet for additional specialized care. Thanks to all at SVVH!
