Tails Up

Tails Up has been our choice for years with several dogs. In the interim, we tried the Pet Hotel at Petsmart in Lonetree, Co., which, over time, was an absolute joke. But how refreshing it was to return to Tails Up, where our Bernedoodle truly looks forward to staying there and playing with her friends. 5 stars!

Great group of people. My dogs love to stay with them and trust them. I have an overreactive dog and rather than just exclude her, they go out of their way to give her an environment where her needs are met as well as all of the other dogs. We really appreciate Quentin and the whole team. They are lifesavers and allow us to have peace of mind when we leave town. ❤️

We’ve been bringing our two dogs to Tails Up for both daycare and boarding for years, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience! The facility is always clean, the staff is incredibly friendly, and most importantly, our dogs absolutely love it there. It’s such a relief to know they’re in good hands, whether it’s for a fun day of play or an extended stay. A special shoutout to Quentin for his outstanding customer service over the years—he truly goes above and beyond to make sure both pets and owners feel welcome and well taken care of. We highly recommend Tails Up to anyone looking for a safe, caring, and well-run place for their pets!

Tails up is our favorite daycare and boarding. We bring both pets for boarding. The cat accommodations are spacious and she’s fed on her schedule. Our dog uses daycare as well and every morning she is excited to go and so happy to see the team. She loves the extra activities too! We feel very lucky to have found this place!

I've boarded my cats twice at tails up. The first time was just one of my cats, and I received lots of photos and it seemed as though he was the only cat there for that stay so he got a good deal of attention. The most recent time I boarded was with all 3 of my cats. 2 of my 3 are bonded and I requested they be roomed together. When I arrived, this was reconfirmed. I received no photos and no updates for the duration of their 4 day stay, and the "pawgress report" I got at the end made it obvious to me they got my cats mixed up. The bonded cats were not kept together, and instead my shy and solitary cat was forced to spend her entire stay with my other cat. When I brought them home, the bonded two had some tension and hissed at each other because they didn't recognize their scents, which co
