We had our chocolate lab puppy named Tilly stay with Andy who is the owner of the business. He, his wife and his daughter all took phenomenal care of Tilly. They consistently took pictures, shared updates, and let us know how she was doing with their other family dogs. We felt secure having our dog with them. I recommend the business to anyone who is looking for expert animal care at a fair price. 12/10 on the rating scale!

I am so grateful to have found pet care club!! My family member who used to watch my pets moved so I was left with little options and I was very nervous to have someone new. I was so happy to find a legitimate licensed business to help! Andy the owner and Danette my go to sitter are extremely professional and kind, as I’m sure is anyone else they have! I have two small dogs and a cat and they go above and beyond every time I use them. They have a mobile app and I get updates and pictures every service. I can tell Danette spends quality time with my babies because she quickly reported so many fun details about them I know well. I can easily schedule services on the app- it’s just a complete lifesaver to have this service.

I had contacted Andy about getting set up with his team to watch my pets during the New Years Holiday, and was contacted back immediately. He set up two of his employees (Danette and Sadie), that could help us, and they soon responded with a date that they could stop by to meet us and our pets. Every time they stop by I get notice on their app, that includes pictures, sometimes video, and a description of what happened on that visit, including the free consultation visit. We immediately knew after that visit our fur babies would be in good hands. They made each visit as promised, sent us reassuring pictures of our pets. We love Pet Care Club of Douglas County. They are committed to the well-being and happiness of my dogs. They are punctual and professional. Andy and his crew of sitters/walkers are flexible and will help me out if I need help on different/new days. I love the daily pictures and updates! I look at them everyday. I highly recommend this team of dedicated pet sitters!
