Took my Aussie doodle here for the first time last weekend and we had a great experience! Kayla is very kind and informative of everything happening during the grooming session. The holiday themed photos were just icing on the cake! I highly recommend to anyone looking for a groomer near the troutman area.

Kayla and her team simply do amazing work! She genuinely loves the pups and her customers! Does a beautiful job on my standard poodle (she was severely matted when we got her and Kayla and advised and reassured us all would be well) and any of the other dogs I see coming out. Have now been a client for two years and can't think of going to anyone else!

I have doodles and have to go to a groomer very frequently. Kayla listens to any requests you may have and does a superb job. Both of my dogs get out of the car with tails wagging! The amount of services that she provides are extensive. She will even do fun cuts like Mohawks! You won't regret taking your animals here. She even grooms cats and bunnies!! Excellent value for your money!
