First time here. Our pups 1st grooming ever. Prior to coming I had multiple questions, the owner got back to me right away. It was easy to book the appointment and they send a whole update of the experience and a photo. Their price point is very similar to other local grooming facilities. We used Samantha and I cannot tell you how fabulous she is. She talked to our dog, played with her and took extra time for the 1st experience so that the dog is not traumatized or scared to be groomed. The cut came out adorable. The place is just adorable inside, and very welcoming. She even had a little welcome sign. What a nice touch. I wont be going anywhere else.

I wish there were more stars to give an over the top rating. From the moment of booking to your grooming report, there is no detail missed, an astounding amount of love given to our giant Newfoundland, a grooming that is beyond expectation, and a place that TRULY inviting and feels like a spa. Sam’s love for what she does radiates and it makes you feel so good when you pick up your beautiful and clean dog! We take our Newfoundland every 5-6 weeks, and never have I ever felt so good about the whole experience, every penny spent is worth it. I am paying the same I do at every other grooming place, but when I pay here, I feel so good about it and the value is beyond fulfilled. Our puppy had his very first haircut and he looks adorable and every one was so kind and made the whole experience smooth.

We had a great experience! Booking was easy and convenient. Sam did an amazing job with our Cavapoo. She looked absolutely adorable when we picked her up. The cut was fluffy and perfectly shaped, especially around her face. Sam also went above and beyond with the nail trim and grinding, which we really appreciated. We will definitely be back! And having Cali's pic on the TV at pickup was sweet.

Had a great first experience! Took my fur nephew to the dog park which didn’t look muddy but was extremely muddy. That being said, Elena saved the day getting us in and getting him cleaned up. Love having something like this so close for when he’s in town. Liked that it was small and intimate vs. a larger chain store. Will be back!
