Chagrin Valley Lucky Dog Club

We’ve been bringing our Labrador “Cole” to Lucky Dog Club a few times each month since he was a pup. We love the ability to watch him on live stream video and he loves going. As soon as we make the turn that (he knows) leads to LDC, he starts to whine and shake with delight. Once we park, I need only open the car door, no leash required! He launches himself at the front sore and repeatedly splays himself on it until I let him in, continuing to whine with anticipation. When we reclaim him at the end of the day, he’s totally spent, docile and compliant. The staff is great and it shows. This is one awesome doggy day care and kennel, they segment the dogs by size and temperament. Everything runs smoothly. I heartily recommend Chagrin Valley Lucky Dog Club.

Our chihuahua, Buster, spent two days with them, and it was a fantastic experience. The facility is immaculately clean, and the staff are genuinely friendly and so attentive. Knowing we could check in on Buster via their webcams at any time was a huge comfort and allowed us to see firsthand how well he was being cared for. Buster was clearly very happy when we picked him up, a testament to the excellent care he received. Rates are reasonable and staff was accommodating. Highly recommended!

Lucky Dog is a great place for your fur baby! The owner, Amy, always takes the time to be personal with you and your dog. The staff is fantastic, and they just did a great renovation to give everyone a cleaner and more interactive space. I always feel good knowing my little girl will be happy and tired when I pick her up.

Here’s a draft for your review: I’m disappointed with my experience at Lucky Dog and won’t be returning. My dog only visited twice, and during the second visit, I requested an exit bath for the evening we were picking him up. Unfortunately, the groomer left early, and my dog was put back into daycare after his bath—the very place where he got dirty and smelly to begin with. I watched on the camera as he was in daycare for at least 1.5 hours after his bath, yet staff insisted he was only in there for “a couple of minutes.” I ended up paying $37 for a bath that essentially didn’t happen. To make matters worse, the woman at the front desk didn’t seem to understand why this was a problem. I expected better communication and care, but this experience left me extremely dissatisfied.

Love this place. We had our dog at another local facility and they weren't very fond of our dog, and asked us not to bring her back. And honestly, I thought we were pretty good customers, but I digress. So we found this place, I explained to the owner why the other place didn't want her there, and the owner indicated she did not think there would be an issue. And there hasn't been any issue for a couple months now. This place is highly organized, efficient, and all of the employees are very polite. I LOVE the fact that you can monitor your dog with the live camera feed, and you can watch them clean the play areas every day, so you know the place is clean. I would definitely recommend this place for boarding and daycare.
