Dr. Kwon is exceptional and his staff is the same. Kind, caring, conconcious, and they are as wonderful with me as they are with both my dogs. (We are all nervous about medical appointments). He is the only vet who can calm my girl, traumatized a year ago in an overcrowded California shelter, and shipped here to me through cooperating rescuers. She normally refuses to enter any buildings and Dr Kwon would carry her in. She finally got comfortable enough here, to go inside on her own. That is a glowing endorsement of this practice. Everyone here gets 5 stars

Dr. Kwon and his staff are awesome. Family Paws was recommended to me by a co-worker, and I couldn’t be happier with their services. Our small dog was recently diagnosed with Diabetes at our previous vet, and we were completely left in the dark with how to do certain things. The best decision was going to see Dr. Kwon. He takes the time to answer questions and explain the details. I see some people saying they're overpriced, but you truly can’t put a price on the quality of care they provide

Dr. Kwon at Family Paws was exceptional. Our pup had his teeth cleaned with extractions. All was explained in detail and at a reasonable cost. So glad I found Family Paws. Things were prescribed for Louie that hadn't been prescribed before. Dr. Kwon was responsive, asked good questions, listened and prescribed appropriate medication for the problem presented. Was also concerned with cost - which was a new experience since living here. The front desk was just plain nice - you just know when it's different. I changed because of Louie's reaction from his last visit at his former vet, and I'm so glad I did. He tells me when he's been not treated well and I listened. He was fine at Family Paws. Not the big, beautiful, corporate facility, but we don't need that. What we need - and received - was good veterinary care.
