Taconic Veterinary Center

This is our 3rd golden retriever over 20 years and Taconic Vet is by far the best vet we have been to. All the staff - from front desk to assistants/aides and veterinarians- are so friendly, helpful, sweet, patient with us (and our dog), accommodating, and available. Most importantly- SO KNOWLEDGABLE! All the vets are great but ****DR WALLACE IS A GODSEND! ****And they always give you an estimate before they treat him to make sure it works for u!!! Never had that before!

Master Bentley Rosas is a patient of The Taconic Veterinary Center. We were recommended by the Humane Society. From the very first time that I spoke to them on the phone the representatives were very warm and caring and wanted to help us. They are very professional. From Dr. Jillian Whitehead DVM to the techs and the reps are very friendly and make you feel like apart of their family. I love how they let you tell them what is wrong with my dog and then they respond with a plan of treatment. Everything is broken down for you. They take time with you. Our appointments were to our convenience. We ride all the way from the Bronx because we know that they will take care of him. It is a very clean place. They are always on point for appts and we are very satisfied. Oh, as I was leaving I said

I had an AMAZING experience with the Taconic Vet Center! Yesterday I went in for an emergency overdose for my silly Husky who ate too many calming treats. The team was absolutely amazing. Dr. Krieger, Shannon, Vicki, and the whole team were so kind and made sure my pup and I were taken care of the entire time. They saved Kaley's life, kept me calm, and were so sweet to my dog throughout the entire process. The cost was impressively low for an emergency visit, and their follow up and genuine concern for me went above and beyond!
