This veterinary office is truly amazing. Everyone on the staff is kind, patient, and genuinely caring. Dr. Bedford takes the time to explain everything clearly and never makes you feel rushed, which means so much. You can really tell how much the whole team cares about the animals they treat. I’m so grateful to have found such a wonderful place. Highly recommend! 🐾

We have been coming here for years. Dr. Bedford took such great care of my cats especially Snoopy who lived until he was 17 - She helped us say good bye with dignity and kindness and has such a gentle disposition, she really and even helped us with the grieving process and sent us home with our baby’s paw prints and fur which will be my future tattoo. I recommend this practice and especially Dr. Bedford. She helped pro -long his life by years! ❤️

I traveled 5 hours to see this veterinarian. After visiting 4 veterinarians in New Jersey, no one could tell me what was wrong with my 6 year old German shepherd, except Dr. Sylvia Bedford. Quickly and confidently diagnosed my dog with prostateitits and came up with a game plan to help him. Dr. Bedford was truly invested in my dog, his health and his best interest and clinically diagnosing him compared to previous veterinarians who treated me like a dollar sign with zero interest. Excellent and great Doctors. Disgusting unprofessional unpleasant front desk. I called to make an appointment got the worse treatment. I summited a complaint regarding this behavior however the manager allows this behavior and worse promotes that they treat clients like that. I wanted to continue because of the doctor since they saved my baby’s life. But is not worth the front desk breaking HIPAA.
