North Westchester Veterinary Office

I have been going to this Vet clinic for over 15 years but my little Morkie crossed the rainbow almost a year ago and now I have a Yorkshire terrier of 8 moths old and a female Morkie of 11 moths old, that I am taking them here because this veterinarian clinic have a very friendly, nice, polite and helpful staff. The nurses are very sweet and gentle with my babies. The veterinarian are really good, gentle, sweet and very caring about the well-being of my babies. I have been in other Veterinary clinics and believe me they don't have the nicest staff and vets, I feel that those other clinics just care about making money. But North Westchester veterinary clinic is totally different thing.

The staff here at NWV are wonderful, they are friendly, good natured but also very professional. The facility itself is clean, well lit and has a nice warm vibe. Our Doctor, Dr. Kennedy, was not only knowledgeable and perceptive, as our old girl Gracie had a number of things going on, She was very kind and caring and the folks here really helped us get through some very tough times and we can't thank her and the staff here enough for their care. After having moved to a different county i was unable to find the type of care I was used to at your facility. The knowledge and professionalism, the kindness and overall niceness of all the staff I've met over the years ( and still there!) I'm totally comfortable that Nena will always receive the best possible care from a top notch staff that operate with honesty and integrity. That's why we travel 45 minutes, that's why we came back. Staff had zero knowledge. Vet told me dogs can’t get food allergies in their ears, kept calling my purebred poodle a doodle, tried to charge me over $1000 for spay. When asked if they could explain why their prices were so high compared to every other vet was told by Debbie “not to be disrespectful but you can go somewhere else” which tells me there’s absolutely no reason for these prices. I used to go to this vet with my last dog and it was completely different. Send your people for training cus this is embarrassing.

I have been bringing my pets to Dr. Maus and the team for over 30 years. They are kind, compassionate, thorough, and professional. They have assisted with every level of care for my dogs and cats. Highly recommend.
