Tabby & Jack's Pet Supplies and Grooming Monona Drive

For those of you looking for an amazing Samoyed groomer (because I know there are those of us with major anxiety of our Sammy's going to the wrong groomer), I highly recommend Alex! She does a wonderful job with our Samoyed even when he was a puppy. Thanks to her, our little guy can handling us grooming him at home too. But our at-home grooming can't compare to the magic she does. At the end, he smells amazing, looks adorable, and most importantly, still the same (with some slight trimming here and there). Thanks Alex!

I am extremely disappointed with my grooming service from here. My expectations were poorly set by both the groomer and the front desk from the beginning. I was specifically told that my dog would not be shaved down to the pink skin, yet that is exactly what happened. On top of that, I was charged a forty dollar dematting fee even though the groomer checked his coat at drop off and raised no concerns. I was told grooming would take two hours, but then I was notified that my dog was ready twenty minutes early. I arrived one hour and ten minutes after that message, still ten minutes before the original time I was given, and I was charged an extra fifteen dollars for “boarding charges.” This happened despite the snowstorm and terrible weather conditions. We were in Tabby & Jack’s for 45 minutes; we were never greeted or acknowledged. They also never asked or offered help even though we were clearly struggling and walking back and forth trying to make decisions. At the counter, we waited for the cashiers to finish their conversation before even talking to us. We asked about their return policy, and we were told if it is out the package they can’t return it. They return food, but not much else. For us, having a good return policy means you stand behind what you’re selling. We also all have fussy pets so having a good return policy is essential for my pet stores. Krystal is absolutely wonderful. She has groomed my Yorkie since he was a baby and he is always so happy to see her! I originally saw her at the Middleton location and she was so great we followed her to Monona. I’ve always been happy with products and services from Tabby & Jacks!
