Faircrest Veterinary Care

Have had our dogs with Faircrest for a year and a half now after moving to Madison, and so glad we found them. Dr. Mason and his whole team of techs are incredibly knowledgeable and compassionate. As I’ve been seeing more and more vets in Madison fall into private equity, I’m grateful for the excellent and reasonably priced care provided here at their private practice. It was a relief to be able to get two surgeries for two of our dogs this year with Faircrest, receiving excellent care, but also able to afford it as a debt-riddled Gen Z. They have also been excellent with my more anxious and reserved pups. All around wonderful people and clinic!

We recently switched to Faircrest Veterinary Care after our vet, Dr. Britta Oakes, moved to this clinic. It's a family business and they are really doing things right. The space is very tastefully decorated, and wasn't overly stimulating to my two cats. We would follow Dr. Britta to any clinic. She's very thorough and caring. She gives the "bedside manner" I need, and the scientific knowledge my husband needs. Dr. Britta saved our cats life by connecting us with the resource we needed to treat a fatal condition. We will forever be grateful for Dr. Britta. She's taken such amazing care of our cats - she's a saint and I can't recommend her enough. I would recommend this vet to anyone! Dr. Mason is who has seen my dogs the most and he is so good with them; he spends time, he listens, he answers questions, he’s very knowledgeable, and I can tell he genuinely cares about my pets ❤️ Dr. Britta is also very caring, knowledgeable, spends time, answers questions. I feel very safe with the feedback and planning with these doctors. Additionally, his staff are so kind and helpful; they always call back, they always check in, and they always try to make visits work for me. With the stressful past year we have had with my GSD, I couldn’t thank them enough!!

Very thankful for Dr. Mason and the whole team for helping us transition vets from out of state and provide great care for our pets who mean the world to us. They have been supportive and compassionate with our anxious, reserved rescue Maggie through a surgery, and now have done thorough and mindful annuals for both pups. Plan to be long time clients for sure!!

Faircrest is a relatively new clinic and was suggested to me by a different vet that was booking out several weeks. My partner and I recently adopted a stray cat who had tapeworms, and we needed to get him in ASAP. Dr. Mason was able to see us less than 24 hours after I'd requested an appointment. He applied the topical dewormer for us and conducted a thorough exam. Our cat was so comfortable at Faircrest that he fell asleep on the table in the exam room. They also gave him a treat. :) We can't recommend Faircrest enough, and we're excited to be be one of Dr. Mason's new patients.
