Love this store for my cats - best selection of toys, treats, beds, litterboxes, everything! I go a couple times a year and always find something new. Today, a store cat was demonstrating a treat game! They also have great dog supplies.

This place is a must-visit for cat owners. The employees are knowledgeable and we were given helpful tips on how to keep our cat interested in his large collection of toys. They also have amazing cat trees. We got one for our little guy and he loves it!

I’ve been going to MadCat since they were at their original address by Willy St. Park. The quality and variety of items has grown over the years but the environment and workplace also needs improvement. They have three locations, and all are well stocked with essentials like vitamins, toys, and food for all ages of cats and dogs. Their variety of food includes raw, dry, wet, and freeze-dried. There are inconsistencies with pricing so make sure you ask for a receipt. The regular staff is friendly and knowledgeable. New staff needs more training and experience with customer service.

Madcat is my go-to for all cat supplies. I adopted my first cat at a cat fair there 5 years ago, and since then have kept coming back. They are always friendly when I ask for advice, and I appreciate the reusable litter container program as a small way to save on waste.

MadCat is my favorite shop in town! They only sell high quality cat food and supplies, so I feel like I can trust anything I buy there. The prices are often a bit lower than even Chewy or Amazon. The selection is better than you’d find at other pet supply stores that mainly focus on dogs. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and have helped me out a ton as a first time pet owner. The environment there is so nice—I usually bring my cat along in his TravelCat backpack, and he loves it there too. He’s always happy to see his buddy Louie the shop cat and get some attention from the staff.
