Susies dog grooming

My father used to take Buddy to Susie and after his passing we continue. She's very kind and does a great job. She takes the time to bring up anything she notices while grooming your furry friend at pickup. A very reasonable price as well.

She clipped my dogs nails to the quick, drawing alot of blood on the 6th nail. I stopped the trim right then. I don't recommend this place.

We were very satisfied of how our dog was groomed. It was her first grooming here and Susie is a very friendly and caring. She made sure to take her time with my dog. She came out fresh, smelling very clean and looking very pretty!

Injured my dog a left a hole in her, stated she didn't realize she did it when my dog would have cried out, the hole was big enough to put my thumb in it, didn't trim her face, left Matting all in her tail. Worst experience ever and now my pup shakes all the time and has to be by my side and wasn't like that before she went there. Shouldn't be in business as she can't be trusted with your fur babies. Her appointment was at 4 and I picked her up at 5:10 and she was shaking. I took her home and when I got her home she was still shaking so I picked her up and noticed the injury. I called my vet right away and he was on another call so we met at the clinic at 8. I get things happen but do not tell me you didn't know when she would have cried out in pain. Susie's dog grooming table fell while my golden doodle was harnessed in. She called me & told me my dog tried to jump off the table and took the table with her. *I'm not a dog groomer nor do I want to be, but I feel for the safety of dogs the table should be secured down so this don't happen to another animal. My dog was traumatized. When I got there she was in the corner shaking and wouldn't even come out for me at first. Very bad experience. I had to stay to finish her hair cut because Susie said after the incident that she couldn't finish the groome. I helped hold my dog and bathe her. Susie also cut her nail too short and bled alot on the floor. I opted out of having her dried after her bath because I didn't want her to go back into that room that freaked her out & it had blo
