My 6month old puppy went in for 1st time haircut was very chopping not professionally looking at all Miss major big clumps he came back still with fur all over him because they didn’t clean off the excess for and now he reeks a cigarette smoke and he’s never been around cigarettes before and to pay $56 for a 5 pound puppy to get a haircut is ridiculous

The whole house reeked of cigarettes. My dogs were scared and didnt want to go down the basement. Grooming was ok, kind of choppy, I asked for long beards and eyebrows, they cut the beards short and gave them unibrows. When I picked them up the house smelled even worse of cigarettes if that can be possible. The 2 with full grooms was somewhat reasonable but the other one was way over priced.

Puppy 11 weeks went in for her 1st grooming. Very happy with her cut and puppy happy. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable.

Lady does not listen to customer at all about hair cut paid full price for something I didn't want

Fair pricing, happy with grooming. Puppy seemed happy when we picked him up.
