Would give zero if possible. These people dont understand how to treat animals or people with respect. Will never go back and will let anyone and everyone know how awful me and my dog were treated. I've never been to any vet where I was forced to stay in the waiting room while they bring my dog back alone. After a couple minutes of hearing my dog yelling in fear, the vet brought my obviously terrified dog back to me and informed me that my dog is the most dangerous animal he has ever seen. He claimed they just looked in his eyes and he snapped and started charging them. I could very clearly hear what sounded like the complete opposite of his explanation. I've never heard a dog yell out of aggression. He then told me my dog should not be trusted around children or other animals. My dog does

My dog was very frightened of vets in general so it's a chore to even get her through the building doors. The Dr. was very kind and gentle with her he made her feel comfortable. She still is nervous when we go but no where as bad as the first time there. "Update" 5/22/2020 He saved my baby girls ear 2days ago now we wait for the end result what it will look like. Thank you and your staff so very much. She's back to her goofy self...

Want to take the time to Thank Dr Smith & Staff for helping me thru a very tuff time of letting my baby girl Smokey go peacefully after 15 1/2 years of many good memories & cuddles.Missing her so much but know she is in a better place no more pain she is up in heaven playing with her brother again Tucker a black lab.

My 9lb Yorkie dog was attacked by a another huge dog! After bringing her in 2 days in a row to the Albert Lea Vet Clinic, the 2nd night she started to have blood come out of her butt!! And it was not just once or twice, either. She was bleeding pretty bad. So I called right away when they opened the next morning at 8:30 & asked if the Dr could please call me back. No response by noon, so I called back & they said the Dr had gone to lunch, they would call me back at 1:00. No call back at all that day!! So I called back the next day at 1:00. I didn't call earlier because I thought they might call me back as I had been there twice earlier in the week & had spent a little bit of money there, BUT I didn't want to harrass them either! They were closed!! It was a Friday. I hadn't realized they cl
