I adopted a puppy from Pawfect Match named Ocala and took her to Ten Ten Animal Hospital for her spay. Brittany assisted me with scheduling and provided great communication around the procedure. The day of, I was feeling anxious as this puppy has become such an engrained part of my life and has come to trust me after all. However, Brittany greeted us and Dr. Montell briefed me on what she was going to do. I felt like I was leaving my pet with family. Communication was excellent and post op care and med dosages were thoroughly reviewed. Thank you both for your genuine kindness and professionalism.

I switched over to Ten Ten Animal Hospital from WSAH after learning that Dr. Montell specializes in geriatric pets and because I was hoping to have a little more consistency with which veterinarian was seeing my dog each visit. Our first visit could not have been better! I was able to get a same day appointment and we were in and out quickly. The office was very clean and we were greeted promptly upon arrival. My dog who usually has very high anxiety during these appointments was happy go lucky and even rolled on his back so he could get belly rubs. Dr. Montell addressed all my concerns and I left feeling confident that the needs of my pets had been met.

I would give 100 stars if I could! Everyone is so so sweet & caring here! Dr Suji explained everything, made me feel so comfortable to leave my dog baby in their care! All staff is wonderful, Cassie & Geetha & another gentleman welcomed me when I arrived, so kind and caring. My dog did not hesitate going in their doors, I usually have to pick her up.I believe she even felt the aura of peace in SurgiVet! You feel like your world is crumbling when your pets fall ill, they understand your feelings and comfort you. Surgery seemed to go great, my dog is healing beautifully! Thank God! What a wonderful place! I will go nowhere else for pet surgery! Pray it's not needed, but if so, Surgivet will be my #1 call!

Great place. One of the best vets I have been to. They are a bit pricy, but they try their hardest to not overcharge or over diagnose your pet. I have a GSD that was going in for a routine spay the next day, and brought her in for an issue. They told me to hold off on some of the testing until the next day so that it can be done in conjunction with the spay tests. That not only saved me money, but saved my pup from dealing with more testing, anesthesia, and pain. They are careful in explaining things, don't rush you, and the place is very clean. The whole staff is great. They only thing I'd say is if it's possible to make the front a bit easier to navigate outside. The parking is a bit weird and it's hard for dogs after surgery to get into vehicles, so it's not easy with the way the lot is
