Green Level Animal Hospital

My 7yo furbaby was not well, and we needed emergency vet care. Green Level was one of the only places with weekend openings, so I booked, and I'm so grateful I did. We were seen almost immediately for what we came to learn was pancreatitis. Dr. Polu and staff are unbelievably compassionate, knowledgeable, and prompt. They explain exactly what they're planning and obtain consent for every step (and cost) along the way. In our case, our dog needed to remain there for IV fluids, and return the following day. Dr. Polu picked up on some laboratory findings identified over a year ago and has a plan in place to follow these. It's so clear she and her staff love animals and want the best for them. We're feeling so fortunate to have found this practice, and intend to transfer all care there.

I had a very good experience visiting for the first time. Although my appt was scheduled they didn’t show me on their appointments book (even after showing them my emails with Cecile). Despite that, the visit was still great! They were able to fit me in right away. The first thing I noticed is how clean their facility is and it smelled fresh. Dr Burns was informative without pushing recommended treatments. I plan to continue coming here for my dog’s care.

I had to bring my 8 year old dog in for an emergency appointment a few weeks ago and the staff was so knowledgeable and kind that we decided to switch over to make Green Level Animal Hospital our permanent vet! Dr. Polu is great to work with and understands we have to balance our finances with our desires to give our pup the very best care. Extended hours is a great benefit too!

I am new to the area and needed to find a veterinary office for my fur babies. I have one aggressive dog, that is extremely terrified of going to the vets, and one laid back dog. I brought them both in at the same time and the veterinarian, Dr. P. Polu was so very patient and soft towards my babies. Dr. Polu and her staff are amazing and caring when it comes to taking care of our fur babies. I’ve been searching for a place to bring my dog to a great veterinarian and I’ve found it. She’s very professional, knowledgeable and genuinely cares for you and your pet. I’m so glad to have them near my home. We now have an awesome vet to go to.
