Probably the best thing I did outside of actually getting my dog was working with John on training. Our young dog was doing relatively well in our eyes, but John clearly saw that we needed to work on some foundations before getting to the next level. He was totally right; during our private lessons, our dog learned new skills and as dog owners, we learned so much about training and how to better communicate with our dog. Our relationship also got stronger from doing so, and we’re super happy with our dog’s progress. He has so much more freedom and can truly go anywhere with us, off or on leash. Even though it’s a bit of a drive for us, coming out for lessons is 200% worth it. We can’t thank John enough!! Also a fun note for us is that it’s so cool to get to watch the club dogs train when w

My husband and I don’t have words for the type of training work John does; he is truly remarkable and has a great passion for working with dogs. We brought our German shepherd puppy Valor at 4 months and had done a lot of research leading up to finding Fluid K9. From the day we first spoke to John on the phone to the day we picked Valor up- Never once did we doubt the experience our dog was having- we were updated with photos and videos and were always able to contact John if needed. John spent 4 weeks with him for basic obedience, on leash and off leash training. To say we were blown away when we picked him up was an understatement. When we arrived John took nearly two hours with us to thoroughly go through all of his training and how we could look to continue and further his progress. He

I was doing extensive research on trainers before I even had my pup. We were getting a Dogo Argentino and I knew I wanted a trainer lined up as soon as he was fully vaccinated. With him being such a powerful breed, we wanted to be responsible from day one. I found John, and he hit the nail on the head with everything we were looking for in a trainer and more. He was by far the most well-rounded, knowledgeable, and experienced trainer we came across. We stayed in contact until Kronos was ready to begin, and I honestly felt lucky to have found him. I was nervous about putting Kronos into training at such a young age, especially with a board and train format because of all the horror stories you hear. But speaking with John and getting to know his training philosophy gave us so much comfort

We are so happy with FluidK9. First we met with John and discussed the training needs that we wanted to work on with Kona. He knows how to get the best out of the dogs and improvise as needed based on the dog's personality. Amy was the lucky one to work with Kona and we are so happy with the results!! Kona took the on and off leash training. I can't believe how wonderful she still is with much better manners! I would highly recommend Fluid K9 for your dog's training needs!!

I had heard about Fluid K9 through a friend whose dog went through their obedience training. Both my husband and I, previous long time dog owners/dog people, were amazed at her dog's transformation and as such, this put Fluid K9 on our radar when we got a puppy earlier this year. I was nervous about putting our dog Martha through the Puppy Foundations training at 15 weeks - I had hesitations and so many questions. From the first intake phone call to the follow up calls and texts, John was informed, patient and reassuring. I cannot emphasize enough how glad we are that we put Martha into the Puppy Foundations program with John and Amy. We got constant updates and it was clear by all of the footage provided on their socials and to us, that a lot of time, energy, love and care was being put
