SuperStar Puppies

We purchased our puppy Mavis on January 14, 2026. 13 days later, we are heartbroken as we’ve had to euthanize Mavis due to a potential congenital issue that was not caught before she was sold to us. We took her home, and she won’t eat, is lethargic, and eventually began to display neurological issues. We were promised a healthy puppy. We were told she would come around to eating eventually and to give things time. We tried multiple times to contact Superstar Puppies about this issue prior to making the decision to end her suffering and were led in circles. The only solution provided was to email their “solutions team”. We were told the response here would be almost immediate and that someone is monitoring the email at all times for a prompt response. Went in to browse puppies saw a King Charles Cavalier. First you can not just go in without providing id. Seems weird to me then they wanted me to sign it. Following that I received dissertation of how good they are and only use too breeders. However it’s very secretive which raises my suspicion. Then after I saw the breed I was interested and they placed them in a cubicle with my this was all fine. But their sales tactics are worse the. A bad used car sales person. Following that I asked how much? He said $7500 followed by they give you up to 100% financing. I’m sure they would since after looking at other breeders must range from $500 to $2000 with an occasional pup more. They also advised I can breed them which is fine because we are looking for a pet not to become breeders.

Had an amazing experience working with Bailey and Issaac. They were friendly and knowledgeable. We had an appointment. We were attended to right away for our puppy playdate. We decided between a mini poodle and a mini golden doodle. Ultimately it came down to a coin flip. The mini poodle won. We are very happy to be taking him home.

We, my wife and walked into the SuperStar Puppies. There were three women, one behind the register, two behind a table with one on the phone and one on a computer. Then my wife was requesting to see a puppy that's when I noticed a sign/sheet of paper written in magic marker saying $15.00 to see a puppy. I would have taken a picture but there was sign saying no videos or pictures. While my wife was waiting to see a puppy, she asked, how much are the puppies. The reply was, once we get you in the booth with the puppy you want to see, that's when we will give you the price. Then once my wife was in the booth with the puppy she wanted to see, that's when she was told that all the puppies were $7,000.00 and up. We like what! Superstar Puppies is really great! The staff are super nice and welcoming, and they’re always happy to help and answer questions. You can tell they really care about the puppies and make sure they’re well taken care of. The place is clean and feels friendly, and overall it was a really good experience. I would definitely recommend checking them out if you’re looking for a puppy!
