Summerville Animal Hospital

My first visit in September was great. Second visit happened last week and I’ll never be back. I called and made an appointment for my cat’s nails to be TRIMMED and have some claw caps to be put on her nails in hopes to help save my carpets. One had popped up and I swung by the vet on my lunch break for them to glue a new one back on like no big deal. Well the second time They never used the glue tip applicator that was included in the box of my nails caps that I supplied and they got glue all over my baby and it ripped a big ole chuck of hair out I honestly though it took her nail with it. I called the MOMENT they opened to speak to a manager or to atleast have someone call me back. Not a single person bothered to call me back. I waited until most of my shift was over before calling again

Yesterday was my first time using Summerville Animal Hospital. I wish I would have been taking my animals there sooner. staff and receptionist we're very friendly and welcoming. The vet was very nice and caring. I would highly recommend Summerville Road Animal Hospital. This is the place that I will be bringing my animals from now on .

Noodle and I had our first visit a few days ago and we couldn't have had a better experience. Noodle, who is typically shy with new people, loved Dr. Jessica Hatcher and her team. They were very knowledgeable and compassionate and answered all my questions. They were also very transparent on pricing and were reasonably priced. Dr. Hatcher went above and beyond and found me the best price her Noodle's medication and even printed me out a GoodRX coupon to use. I definitely highly recommend this vet!

We came on a rough day and the front desk ladies took it in stride. Their internet went down and they couldn't access thier system. I would have just put up an auto message on the machine for people calling in to call back later, but they answered each call with professionalism. Even calls where the callers, were quite frankly, exceptionally rude due to the issues. I brought a cat in I adopted from the shelter, for a scheduled spay. She has been healing well. I opted in for the additional shot for pain. Very glad I did. They took great care of our new kitty. It was over a 40 minute drive for me to get there.. it was worth it! Duchess thanks you 😊

Dr Wally and his team did everything they could for my old man cat, but unfortunately I had to let him go. They gave him the best treatment they could and were very kind when it was his time. I appreciate everything they did for us and will take my other cat for her regular vet services with them. Rip my Winnie Boy! 😭💜🌈
