Best way to vaccinate my dog. Drive through in back, in and out. Store has an eclectic mix of goods at some reasonable prices. Not all, but glad to support the small business owner. Gladly make a trip out here again. They know their customers by name and are incredibly helpful and polite.

I came in here to get some boots for my son and I, and I was so pleasantly surprised! The gentleman who runs the place is fantastic - very helpful and professional and polite. They have a wide variety of both cute and functional boots. They have one of those carpets with the different feet size in the kids section which was super helpful. The prices are also VERY fair, for being name brand stuff. This is definitely going to be my go-to spot while I'm here in Alabama. They even have farm fresh eggs and a few other extras that were a nice surprise.

Staff very friendly. Great prices and I love the outback hat I bought. Personally though I was asked way too many times If I needed help. I get it, and it's very nice to know that the staff is there for you, so I can appreciate that. I just don't like trying to shop and having to stop to answer the same question 50 times, some times by the same person. But I overall, I really enjoyed the store.

They have a great selection of dress, work and casual boots for men and women. They also have children's boots. If you are looking to buy boots, I definitely recommend Phenix Serum &Western Store.
