We are beyond grateful for this veterinary office and the incredible care they showed our family during one of the scariest moments we’ve experienced. When our 1-year-old Dachshund started having seizures, we were terrified. From the very beginning, Dr. Mitchell and his entire team were compassionate, calm, and incredibly supportive. Our pup ultimately needed 24-hour care and was transferred to Auburn Animal Hospital, but what truly stood out was that Dr. Mitchell and his team continued to call us every single day to check in on him. That level of care and dedication is rare and meant more to us than they probably realize. We recently had a follow-up visit with Dr. Mitchell, and the experience was just as wonderful—thorough, caring, and reassuring. The entire staff is kind, accommodating

What an amazing caring group of people! I walked in that morning with my dog breaking out in hives and vomiting all night long. I was exhaused! Money was there but it was tight, too tight for a vet emergency that's for sure! But from the moment I walked in the young lady at the desk had the sweetest attitude, she actually cared. The lady that met us in the back actually loved on my fur baby, and I absolutely loved every second watching her bond with my pup. I may of been a little jelly of her taking all my love. 🤣 The Dr and his other assistant were amazing as well. Super friendly and so informative. Explained everything! I was so at peace walking out of there after a stressful night. They definitely gained my business. And I will recommend them over and over again!

Wonderful and caring people, I wouldn’t take my dog elsewhere. Dr. Mitchell did amazing on her ears!! we love that his son is following his footsteps in office.

Dr. Dallas Mitchell and his father, Dr. Alfred Mitchell, are blessings. My foster pup, Enzo, had non stop diarrhea on a Saturday and the majority of vet clinics were either closed or booked that day. However, when I called Phenix Animal Hospital, I was informed that I was allowed to do a walk-in between certain hours. Despite how busy it was that day, all staff members: from the receptionist, vet techs, to both doctors kindly greeted me and made Enzo truly feel cared for! The appointment did not feel rushed; Dr. Dallas took the time to explain the treatment plan thoroughly and answered all my questions with attentiveness. It was past closing time, yet, he made sure Enzo was taken care of. Today was the second time I brought Enzo in (same day appointment) and he was again treated with much

The folks at this animal hospital are the best I've dealt with in many years! When our pet was in need they stepped up and adapted to the issues at hand rather than saying no like most others. I highly recommend this vet to anyone looking for an experience that is more personalized and in depth with your pet being the main focus and without being rushed!
