Cleo had her very first grooming appointment at Suds and Kisses, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! 🐾 Bissi and Savawn took their time with her, made sure she was comfortable, and the attention to detail in her grooming was absolutely perfect. ✂️✨ She looks amazing and I can tell they truly care about the pets they work with. Dear Owner/Management of Suds and Kisses, I am writing to express my profound disappointment, anger, and concern regarding the consistently substandard grooming services and appalling professional conduct I have experienced at your Mechanicsburg facility, particularly in relation to one specific groomer. My small dog, Milk, a 4-year-old, 9-pound rescue who is incredibly timid and gentle, has been subjected to experiences that are nothing short of negligent and disrespectful. First Incident: Disregard for Explicit Instructions, Poor Grooming, and Groomer Arrogance The last time I brought Milk in for grooming, I personally handed him to the owner on site and provided explicit, clearly stated instructions: Do NOT cut his mohawk at all. I’ve taken my dog to the Mechanicsburg Suds-N-Kisses three times. The first two times, I had a very friendly groomer. She was a bit inexperienced but did a good job with my red standard poodle. She was kind and gentle and my pup was eager to go back. The third time, there was a problem with their website, and I was mistakenly booked at the wrong location. I agreed to come back the following day with a different groomer. My dog’s face was cut very unevenly. There were bald spots in some places that irritated her skin (she was scratching and covered in scabs for weeks.) I tried to contact the owner of Suds-N-Kisses on the store website, and twice by email. I emailed pictures, but never hear back. I just wanted them to be aware that this was done inappropriately and that it was very uncomf

DO NOT RECOMMEND. I will start by saying my cat was groomed here 3 times. The first 2 times no issues at all. The 3rd time when I took her in Aug 2025 it was complete chaos. A dog got loose that they were chasing up Carlisle Pike so the focus and activity was on that situation. But they had my cat for an hour. What did they do in that hour that she snapped at them? And they gave her back to me wet because of behavior? Taking her to the vet was never an issue. I took her yesterday (Sept 25) for her yearly and she hissed and shook the entire time. I was so nervous about taking my newly rescued dog to a groomer because she is scared of everything. The staff was amazing from start to finish even though my sweet Gracie did protest. We will be back for sure thank you for the wonderful staff who took exceptional care of Gracie❣️
