I couldn’t recommend a groomer more highly!!! If you're lucky enough to get your pets in with Kacie, you’ll never want anyone else to touch them again. She has been grooming both of my cats for the past 2 years, and her kindness, patience, and genuine love for animals shows in everything she does. It’s rare to find someone who treats your pets like her own, but that’s exactly what Kacie does. I truly couldn’t ask for a better groomer!

We have gone to Paws & Relax several times because Kacie treats our pets like no other! We have a high energy border collie that has also demonstrated anxiety when getting groomed before, but not with Kacie. Kacie is extremely kind and patient; she let our dog warm up to her and took great care while grooming to make sure they were comfortable. Kacie also attended to our black lab and his coat was pristine like never before! We will be returning with both of our pets to Kacie because of her excellent service and pleasant demeanor; she treats our pets like family🐶❤️ Also peep our border collie's tail, I love how Kacie cuts it!!!

We left our baby Patchy and my daughters baby Joker at paws and relax pet spa for the first time for 8 days. We could not be any happier! BO sent us pics, updates and a phone call with an emergency situation that they handled with care, compassion and ease. Definitely will be coming back. Our babies received so much love from the entire team. Thank you.

Kacie takes amazing care of my big Labrador, Chubbs, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with him! She makes him feel so comfortable, and her extensive knowledge and experience are truly impressive. I really admire her dedication to continued education and training—you can tell she genuinely loves what she does. Highly recommended!

You will never find a better groomer. She is a kind, sincere professional that loves animals. She is so patient with my very timid Gemma. Looking forward to bringing in our new kitty soon.
