Extremely Disappointed – Injury to Pet I took my dog here (11/22/2025) for a standard grooming service, but unfortunately, he returned with physical injuries, including significant red blotches and abrasions on his skin. To the merchant’s credit, they did acknowledge the fault by paying the resulting veterinary bill for his treatment. However, they refused to refund the original $103.88 grooming fee for the service that caused the harm. I had to go through a formal credit card dispute process to recover the service fee, which was eventually resolved in my favor (2/13/2026). I cannot recommend a groomer where a pet leaves with injuries. I do not tolerate businesses that cause injury and then make the customer waste months of time seeking a fair resolution. Not the worst, but not the best. I was a bit disappointed with this groomer, but the experience wasn’t terrible. It was my Scottish terrier puppies first grooming visit. I asked for the puppy package with a small trim, but she encouraged me to go for a full cut because it would be cheaper. I asked if they were familiar with Scottish terrier cuts and she said yes. Afterward it was clear she didn’t know a Scottish terrier cut. His belly was shaved (not the Scottish terrier look), his tail wasn’t trimmed at all (not even the back). She said he was wiggly, but she did so much extra work with the razor… he seriously only needed a trim. To leave the stuff that actually matters is a bit humorous. We LOVE Suds-N-Kisses! Our pup is always nervous to get groomed, but she leaves so happy! Every groomer we've had has done a wonderful job; they actually know how to cut doodle fur and don't leave her looking like a large rat. :) Highly recommend coming here!!

My daughter rescued a vary large cat from a house that the owner passed away recently. He was not neglected of Love,but she couldn't keep up with its grooming. "Very long hair" We tried to do it ourselves. but way out of my league. Quick search and came across Suds n Kisses. Read a couple reviews and felt confident this was the place for us. Call in on Friday to make an appointment. I was told they could get him in first thing Tuesday morning. AWESOME, but because I didn't know about his rabbie shots. NO MORE APPOINTMENT. But told me where to get the rabbie shot done over the weekend. She said if we got his shot she will hold our appointment..So we did,and took him in on Tuesday morning. A little after lunch they called. And he was ready for pickup. What an amazing job..I couldn't believe

Cat always does a terrific job with my dog. When other area groomers always said she was needing to be shaved down, Suds n Kisses has the expertise to keep your poodle looking great. Highly recommend!
