Very informative on step-by-step process for what our new kitten needs along with letting me know that she was being passed around like a baby because she was so adorable. Had a wonderful experience with her coming home from surgery. The one thing that I did not agree with was I was asked to sign up for pet desk to get more points but was not told that I had to do it within 30 days to get the points on the money I've already spent.

I kiddo tripped over our puppy and she had coughed up blood. I called Suburban and they were able to get us in the same day for a visit. The staff was extremely friendly and treated us like they knew us for years. I am so glad I found such a wonderful place for my girl. This is definitely our new home for our pets.

Everyone there was amazing, the prices were about what I expected, the payment options were great, and we're on the road to getting my fur babies healthy. I couldn't ask for more. This is, and will continue to be, my vet. Highly recommend to everyone.

Wonderful staff. Everyone is very friendly and the vet helped heal my girl very quickly and she's back to being her happy self. Also the lobby kitty is adorable and a little spicy if you rub the belly. 100% recommend

I love this place. The vet and vet techs are really kind and have a magic way about them with pets. They really know what they are doing. My cat fell in love with them instantly even though they had to give him his shots.
