They have good customer service and a large variety of animals. From my experience their hamsters have tendency of being a little bit nippy. It's nothing against the story it's just they don't keep them in the store long enough to really get used to people. Overall it's a great place.

Had exactly what I wanted and the clerk was very helpful.
I love PetSmart!! They are always very friendly there. I buy my dog food from there, and I use the grooming salon. I use the same groomer NYX everytime and he is great.
Great place for all of your pet needs. The staff is friendly and helpful. We will be coming back and we will recommend our friends and family.
